Wellness Resources I Personally Use & Recommend
Welcome to my Wellness Shop!
Over the years, I’ve tried many different tools, supplements, and wellness products in my own healing journey and in my work with clients. This page is a collection of the resources I personally use, trust, and often recommend to support physical, emotional, and energetic health.
I only share products and programs that I genuinely believe in and that align with my approach to whole-person healing.
Here you’ll find a mix of my own services, trusted partner programs, favorite supplements, and helpful wellness tools — all in one place to make it easier for you to explore what may support your journey.
As always, these resources are meant to support your health, not replace medical care. Please consult your healthcare provider when making decisions about your health.

Energizing forms of Magnesium such as Malate help to wake you up in the morning. Calming forms of magnesium such as Glycinate help to calm you down in the evening. If you don't like taking magnesium internally, you can use the flakes and put it in a foot bath or whole body bath, or you can spray the magnesium oil on your feet at night for easier rest. Magnesium oil can also be sprayed on tight or tense muscles to help them loosen up. Remember that if you are magnesium deficient, the topical forms may make you itch, but it should get better after about 15 minutes. I personally use all of these forms at different times.
Minerals for your Water
Minerals are essential for cellular function. In order to have healthy mitochondria, good energy and digestion, minerals are needed. Adding them to your water is an easy way to make sure you are getting your daily requirements of minerals. It is usually the first thing that I have my clients start and I put minerals in every bottle of water I drink. I even travel with them! And you can always just add a pinch of Sea Salt to your water to support your minerals.
Adrenal Cocktails
We live in a high stress world and our we ask a lot of our adrenals. I take this every morning when I wake up to replenish my adrenals from the night. I will also take it during the day on really stressful days or travel days. Be mindful the powder tastes really really salty. I think if it as medicine and drink it down quick. Some people prefer the pills, but I find taking too many pills in a day feels overwhelming to me. A great food alternative to this is to take 4 oz fresh squeezed orange juice, 1/4 tsp of sea salt, 1/4 tsp of cream of tartar. See my salt suggestions above for good sea salts!
Enzymes and HCL to support digestion can be very helpful, especially after 40 years old when our body tends to produce less enzymes and HCL production may be compromised. These are all products I have taken to support my digestion. Though the root cause protocol and The RISE Method I have helped my HCL production, so I do not need it as frequently as I did when my metabolism and digestion was not functioning well.
Keeping your bowels moving regularly is an important component of overall health. Proper elimination supports digestion, detoxification, energy, skin health, and even mood. Ideally, we want the bowels moving about twice per day so the body can efficiently clear waste and maintain balance. Healthy liver function is also an important part of regular bowel movements. When things slow down, it can put stress on the entire system.
I personally use these products and herbs to support my own system, along with magnesium, which you can find above. They are a simple way to give your body extra support when needed, especially during times of stress, travel, diet changes, or detox work.
Supporting your bowels daily doesn’t have to be complicated. Small, consistent habits — along with the right herbs and nutrients — can make a big difference in how you feel.
So many of our cells processes require that we have B vitamins. For making hormones, neurotransmitters, enzymes and more. If you are not getting enough B vitamins, then your system could be struggling to maintain healthy energy. These are some options I personally take for B support, and I like to rotate them at different times of the year. Some are food form, others are supplements.
CLO is a great way to nourish the body. Vitamin A is essential for making new blood so anyone who struggles from anemia or low blood values might benefit from Cod Liver Oil. It is also a good source of Vitamin D in a whole food form. Rosita is my favorite company for CLO. They run small batches, test rigorously and it is always fresh. If you are burping up the taste of your fish oil, it is likely it has gone rancid....with Rosita's I never have that issue.

MELT Method tools are designed to support the body’s natural recovery process through gentle self-care techniques.
When used as part of a regular wellness routine, these products may help promote relaxation, support healthy movement, and encourage comfort after physical stress.
The MELT approach focuses on hydration of connective tissue, improved body awareness, and helping the body maintain its natural balance.
EFT Universe seminars are a game-changer for anyone looking to reduce stress, release emotional blocks, and boost overall well-being. I love attending because the sessions are interactive, insightful, and taught by experts who make complex techniques easy to apply in daily life. Whether in-person or online, they leave me feeling empowered, calm, and ready to tackle challenges with a lighter, more focused mindset.

These Chroma glasses are my daily go-to for protecting my eyes from harsh blue light while keeping other beneficial light frequencies, like cyan, intact. I love that they reduce eye strain and fatigue without distorting colors, so everything still looks natural. Perfect for daytime use, they keep my focus sharp and my eyes comfortable—even during long hours at the computer—making screen time much easier to handle.

I love this lamp because it finally makes my workspace and evenings feel natural. During the day, it gives bright, flicker-free white light that keeps me focused and energized. At night, it shifts to a warm amber with 660nm red tones, helping me relax and support my sleep. Unlike regular indoor lighting that strains your eyes and messes with your circadian rhythm, this lamp works with my body, not against it—making both work and downtime feel effortless.
I love this titanium water bottle because it’s incredibly durable and built to last. Unlike plastic or stainless steel, titanium doesn’t leach metals or affect the taste of my water, so everything stays clean and pure. It’s also much tougher than glass, so I never have to worry about it shattering if I drop it. Lightweight, strong, and safe—it’s the perfect everyday bottle for staying hydrated without the downsides of other materials.I love this titanium water bottle because it’s incredibly durable and built to last. This skin cream is my go-to for keeping skin soft and healthy without breaking the bank. Packed with natural, nourishing ingredients inspired by ancient Greek remedies, it tackles dryness and soothes irritated skin gently. I love that it’s affordable yet effective—no harsh chemicals, just simple, time-tested care that makes my skin feel hydrated and radiant every day.
These bitters tablets are my travel essential for keeping my digestion and liver in check. They’re easy to pack, gentle, and effective—perfect for supporting the liver when my diet gets a little indulgent on the go. I love that they help me feel balanced and comfortable during trips, without any fuss or complicated routines.
