Reset. Integrate. Strengthen. Empower.

The RISE Method

A Personalized 12-Week Metabolic & Whole-Person Wellness Program

You’ve tried eating better. Taking the supplements. Exercising more. Maybe you’ve tried fasting, diets, functional wellness programs, or the latest approach that promised to finally make you feel like yourself again.

And yet something still isn’t clicking.

Your energy is unpredictable. Your body isn’t responding the way it used to. Sleep, cravings, weight, stress, digestion, or motivation may feel harder to manage—and the more advice you hear, the harder it can be to know what your body actually needs.

The RISE Method™ takes a different approach.

Rather than focusing on another diet or trying to force your body into submission, RISE helps you understand the interconnected factors influencing how you feel and how you behave.

Over 12 weeks, we bring together personalized metabolic nutrition, behavioral pattern recognition, nervous-system awareness, and practical lifestyle change so you can begin to understand your body, recognize what gets in your way, and develop strategies that actually fit your life.

Because sustainable change isn’t just about knowing what to eat.

It’s about understanding your body, your patterns, and what you need to support both.

What RISE Really Means

Reset

We begin with a scientifically grounded metabolic reset using your personal lab values. Through a customized Metabolic nutrition plan, we rebalance minerals, stabilize blood sugar, support hormone and metabolic pathways, and calm systemic inflammation. This is where your body gets the chance to finally heal, repair, and regulate.

Integrate

Healing is more than biology—it’s also emotional. Through EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and guided somatic awareness, and learning what your primary disruptors are, you’ll release patterns that keep you stuck in stress biology. You’ll learn to listen to your body again, integrate new patterns of nourishment and self-trust, and cultivate emotional steadiness as your metabolism shifts.

Strengthen

Once your body is regulated, you’ll begin rebuilding energy and vitality. Using nutrient-dense foods, metabolic support strategies, and weekly coaching, we strengthen your physical and emotional capacity. This phase nurtures cellular energy, nervous system resilience, and sustainable habits that reinforce long-term success.

Empower

With your metabolism balanced and your emotional clarity restored, you step into full empowerment. Through lifestyle practices—movement, mindset work, emotional regulation tools, and ongoing nutrition guidance—you’ll walk away confident, capable, and equipped with lifelong tools for continued vitality and freedom.

Food is still Foundational

RISE is not a diet.

And there is no universal list of “good” foods and “bad” foods.

Food is used strategically as one of our primary tools for supporting your metabolic foundation.

Your nutritional strategy is personalized using your health history, available biomarkers, current needs, and individual circumstances.

We begin with structure because structure helps reduce variables and allows you to observe how your body responds.

But the goal isn't greater restriction.

The goal is greater understanding and flexibility.

By the end of the program, you should have a much clearer understanding of the foods, rhythms, and choices that support your body—and how to adapt them to real life.

Who is it for?

RISE was created for people who are ready to stop chasing the next health solution and start understanding their own body.

Our education and community especially speak to women navigating the changes that often occur in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond—but RISE is not exclusively a women's program. Men participate in and benefit from the program as well.

RISE may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel tired, depleted, or experience an afternoon crash

  • Struggle with stubborn weight or feel your body has changed

  • Experience cravings or spend too much time thinking about food

  • Aren't sleeping or recovering as well as you'd like

  • Feel overwhelmed by conflicting wellness advice

  • Know what you “should” do but struggle to do it consistently

  • Find yourself starting and stopping healthy routines

  • Want to understand how stress and behavioral patterns influence your choices

  • Have tried multiple diets, supplements, or wellness approaches without finding something sustainable

  • Want a personalized framework instead of another one-size-fits-all plan

You don't need more rules.

You need a better understanding of what your body is asking for.

Why R.I.S.E is different?

Most wellness programs focus primarily on one piece of the puzzle.

Nutrition.

Hormones.

Exercise.

Supplements.

Mindset.

Stress.

But your body doesn’t experience those things separately—and neither should your wellness plan.

The RISE Method brings them together.

We look at:

Your metabolic foundation
Using your health history, available biomarkers, symptoms, and individual needs, we develop a personalized whole-food strategy designed to provide the nutritional foundations your body needs.

Your behavioral patterns
Through the EFT, you’ll begin recognizing the patterns, triggers, and underlying needs that can quietly influence your choices—even when you know exactly what you “should” be doing.

Your nervous system
You’ll learn to recognize how stress, environment, emotion, connection, sleep, and other factors can influence your capacity to make and sustain change.

Your real life
Instead of giving you an enormous wellness checklist, we help you identify the smallest, most useful changes for you—and practice them until they become easier and more natural.

The goal isn't perfection.

It’s understanding.

What You May Begin to notice

Everyone's experience is different, and RISE isn't about promising a particular number on the scale or a specific health outcome.

Instead, we pay attention to meaningful changes such as:

  • More consistent energy

  • Fewer or more manageable cravings

  • Improved sleep and recovery

  • Greater awareness around hunger and eating

  • More comfortable digestion

  • Greater consistency with supportive habits

  • Better recognition of stress and triggers

  • Increased confidence preparing nourishing food

  • More flexibility around food without abandoning structure

  • Greater body trust and self-compassion

  • A stronger sense of connection and support

  • Feeling more like yourself again

And perhaps most importantly:

Knowing what to do when something changes.

Why work with Carrie?

Health and healing aren’t just my profession—they’re my passion and my purpose. With over 25 years in integrative wellness, my work blends the science of metabolic health with energy medicine, acupuncture, nervous system healing, and deep emotional support.

But R.I.S.E. wasn’t born in a classroom. It came from my own healing journey—one that led me from years of managing chronic symptoms to discovering a food-based system that rebuilt my resilience from the inside out. Now, I guide others through that same transformation with structure, compassion, and the kind of care I once needed most.
