Carrie is a passionate and experienced Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) practitioner with over 25 years of experience helping clients reduce stress, release emotional blocks, and support whole body health through acupuncture and a variety of other techniques.

After working with tapping as a transformative tool for managing anxiety and improving emotional well-being, Carrie became a certified Clinical EFT practitioner. Since then, she has guided people from all walks of life in using tapping to overcome limiting beliefs, clear emotional trauma, and boost confidence.

Known for her warm, intuitive approach, Carrie creates a safe and supportive space where individuals can heal, grow, and thrive—one tap at a time.
