What Is EFT?

EFT is a form of energy psychology that combines gentle tapping on specific meridian points with targeted verbal affirmations. It’s like acupuncture without the needles—balancing the body’s energy and rewiring emotional responses.

What to Expect in a Session:

Each session is personalized and guided by your current emotional state and long-term goals. Sessions may include:

  • Targeted EFT sequences

  • Nervous system education

  • Gentle coaching to help uncover root beliefs or unresolved stressors

  • Integration tools to use between sessions

Sessions are 75 minutes and can be booked individually or in discounted packages.

What is Energy Phychology? Is it therapy?

Energy Psychology is a mind-body approach that works with the body’s subtle energy systems to help shift emotional patterns, reduce stress, and promote healing. Techniques like EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) are examples of Energy Psychology—blending modern psychology with principles from acupuncture, neuroscience, and somatic healing.

These techniques involve gentle tapping on acupressure points while focusing on specific thoughts or emotions, helping to calm the nervous system and rewire limiting beliefs.

However, it’s important to understand: Energy Psychology is not psychotherapy, and I am not a licensed therapist or medical doctor. My work is intended to support emotional and energetic well-being as part of a holistic wellness approach, and is not a replacement for clinical mental health care or medical treatment.

After working with tapping as a transformative tool for managing anxiety and improving emotional well-being, Carrie became a certified Clinical EFT practitioner. Since then, she has guided people from all walks of life in using tapping to overcome limiting beliefs, clear emotional trauma, and boost confidence.

Known for her warm, intuitive approach, Carrie creates a safe and supportive space where individuals can heal, grow, and thrive—one tap at a time.
